IQEA is one of the best known and most respected associations in the world. Our reputation is built upon a commitment to provide unsurpassed service to our students, instructors and represented institutions. For our members, we generate value by focusing on the basics: long-term growth, profitability and qualitative stability. We have strong and dynamic platforms in our major lines of initiatives, and we have become more observant to the prevailing global education industry. These factors helped IQEA redefine innovative infrastructures and achieve a greater presence in 2005. IQEA operates in 26 global states with government bodies, working together to develop internal governance and the needs of public schools. Our approach to student enhancement has been a trademark of IQEA. It ensures attractive value creation for members while raising our strong standing.
Corporate governance
IQEA is committed to meeting high standards of corporate governance. Our corporate and executive bodies are organized in line with leading codes of best practice. The ultimate aim of our internal governance is to lead IQEA to success.
Our members
We work hard to cultivate relationships with our students, instructors, institutions, government bodies and entrepreneurs to enhance a lasting revolutionary vision. In 2005, we continued to invest heavily in new teaching approaches, innovative academic solutions, expanded the global reach to education and strengthened our servicing capabilities to better meet the needs of our future leaders, our students. The results: thousands of children in impoverished states can now attain basic education, 14 government bodies have signed agreements enhancing a synergized cooperation for us to develop the public school sector, hundreds of thousands of students can now be heard, seen and acknowledged for their attributed achievements in sports or other academic aptitudes, dozens of schools are now globally recognized for their high levels of education standards and dozens more are in the process of raising the bar further. We are committed to building value and wealth for our members around the world... focusing squarely on their needs... understanding that their success enhances the value of our organization.
Our partners
Combining our strengths with those of other leading companies helps IQEA to deliver compelling initiatives consistently. We marked major milestones in our operations for the year 2005 by signing deals with various government bodies and dozens of institutions, to engage in proactive partnerships. We also extended our long-term relationships with two of our most highly valued patrons, our students and instructors.
Our people
Our employees are IQEA. They provide the personal service our patrons expect. Their commitment and intuitive dedication drives our success. We strive to create an environment where talented people of diverse backgrounds can thrive and feel part of an organization with strong values. In 2005, we continued to raise our standing as “the best workplace" for employees and other new graduates who enter the career world. Results from our annual employee survey confirm that our people are highly satisfied with the quality of their workplace and motivated to serve our patrons and members exceptionally.
Our time
To our members: IQEA had an outstanding year in 2005- one that marked the beginning of a new era for the company. We delivered record performance reports, led an historic change in the education industry and prepared our members to take advantage of substantial opportunities for growth in the years ahead. Our focus on improving our infrastructure and expanding our reach over the past two years generated strong momentum across our organization in 2005.
IQEA is placing the outcomes and priorities completely focused on 5 goals. International Quality Education Association made this collective commitment in its Annual seminar 2005 and launched a global initiative not only in support of education but also to improve the quality of the existing educational system.
